Within the Finance department there are several teams. The Reporting team is responsible for reporting to supervisory authorities and management. You will support the team in meeting our external reporting responsibilities working directly with our senior team members. This will allow you to effectively apply and expand your knowledge both on how the bank operates and the reporting requirements associated with a (listed) bank.
As a Reporting Specialist you will work on reporting to the Dutch Central Bank and the Bundesbank which are supervisors of the banking sector. Your tasks will include compiling, analyzing and reporting the numbers of the bank in several different cross sections. Examples of reports that you may initially be involved in are: AnaCredit and statistical report such as SE reports.
The Finance department is progressing in automating reports and your role would also include an active part in the effort to further refine the reporting process. Detailed IT knowledge is not required, however affinity with Business Intelligence, Business Objects and managing data mapping/management in software applications is needed.
• A bachalor degree and a minimum of 4 years working experience;
• A background in Finance and/or Accounting;
• Knowledge of banking products and organisation (preferable);
• Affinity with (financial, statistical) reporting;
• Always looking for improvements;
• Team player with a positive mindset;
• Eager to further increase knowledge on how IT applications and data warehouses work;
• Strong communication skills, in English and in Dutch.
